Hummingbird is the data controller for personal information you provide to us. We're registered with the ICO (registration ZA123456) and the General Pharmaceutical Council (premises 9010234).

What we collect

We collect the information needed to provide pharmacy services: your name, contact details, NHS number, medication records and clinical notes from any consultations.

How we use it

We use your information to dispense medication safely, share records with your GP (with your consent), and meet our legal obligations to the NHS and the GPhC.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email [email protected] to make a request.
