Booking appointments

Appointments booked online are confirmed by email. You can cancel up to 2 hours before your slot at no charge. Repeated no-shows may affect future bookings.

Private services

Private services are paid for at the time of consultation. Refunds are issued in line with our refund policy - please ask in store for details.
